In the month of June every year we begin new batches for Prelim-cum-Main examination, Foundation Course-I for a duration of four and a half months. The admission is on first-come-first-served basis.

1. To apply for membership of any of the above courses, fill-up the enclosed “REGISTRATION / ENROLMENT FORM” in your own hand-writing and send the same to us by post or contact us personally with the duly completed form alongwith (i) 1 passport size photograph and (ii) photocopy of Xth class certificate .
2. In case of Membership to ‘A’ above, please note that the tuition fee for those seeking admission only for Prelim (CSAT Paper I & II) and Main Exam (General Studies & Essay), would be Rs. 50,000/- and for one optional subject alone, fee would be Rs.35,000/- .
3. All the above charges are inclusive of Service Tax and the cost of study material.
4. There would be separate classes for Prelim (CSAT Paper I & II) and Main Exam (General Studies & Essay), Geography, History, Public Administration & Sociology in Hindi Medium.
5. The Study Circle also conducts WEEKEND BATCHES for CSAT (Civil Services Aptitude Test), General Studies, Essay Writing and Public Administration in English medium at New Delhi only.
6. The fee can be paid either in cash or through a bank draft favouring ‘‘RAU’S IAS STUDY CIRCLE” payable at NEW DELHI.

1. Request for CHANGE OF SUBJECT, REFUND OR ADJUSTMENT OF THE FEE will not be considered under any circumstances.
2. We provide assistance in respect of hostel/private paying-guest accommodation for boys and girls, separately. The hostel/paying-guest charges, on sharing basis, would be between 7,000/- and 10,000/- per month, which include accommodation with meals. Those interested to avail this facility, have to send a separate bank draft for 1000/- favouring Rau’s IAS Study Circle, New Delhi, Which will be adjusted in the hostel fee at the time of joining.
3. The Study Circle may, in its discretion, change the faculty, time-table, duration or the venue of the sitting/session.
